We’ve put together the answers to the most common questions students ask about our storage service, from how long you can store for to how collection and delivery works. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Where can I get packing materials from?
We provide you with FREE packing materials. Boxes and tape are included in all of our storage packages. Once your order has been confirmed these will be shipped out to you in advance, prior to your collection / pick up date.
How many boxes do people usually store?
A typically sized order for one person, is what we call a 5+3. 5 boxes and 3 non-boxed items like bags/suitcases, TV’s, clothing/shoe racks etc. An order of this size is covered by our most popular Package 2.
Do I have to carry any boxes myself?
No — our storage packages include FREE door-step collection. Our team do all of the heavy lifting for you.
What can I store?
You can store nearly anything as long as it’s not hazardous, perishable, or illegal. Prohibited items include:

Are my belongings safe and secured?
Yes absolutely — your belongings will be stored in one of our fully secured storage facilities, monitored 24 hours a day.
